Unboxing

Take the card reader out of the box and connect it to a PC using a USB-C cable.

WARNING

Desktop users please connect to USB ports behind your PC

Laptop users please connect to USB ports on your Laptop

Please avoid using USB hubs to ensure stable power delivery and communication.

Please make sure your USB can supply enough power

Updating Guide

Extract the firmware ZIP file provided on Seikan’s Discord server and follow the tutorial in the file

Do not install firmware from unknown or unofficial sources

SEGA Series Games

Copy SeikanIO_aimeio.dll to the folder containing amdaemon.exe, and open segatools.ini, find [aimeio] and add change it like:

[aimeio]
path=SeikanIO_aimeio.dll

BEMANI Series Games

Lights

Open spicecfg.exe, switch to Light, and bind like the picture:

CardIO

Switch to the Advanced tab and enable HID CardIO Reader Support under NFC Card Readers.
